Don't recommend--beware : PULSE Showerspas 1011-CH Kauai Retro-Fit Rain Shower System with Handshower and Adjustable Slide Bar, Chrome Finish

I just purchased and had a plumber install. I agree with those who say it is not as easy as it says it is to install. I also have low flow problems and plan to go to the hardware store for an add-on diverter as recommend by an earlier reviewer.

Update on September 19, 2011: After paying a plumber $250 to install this and someone else $50 to diagnose how to fix the low flow problem, I find that the flow cannot be improved (even though other reviews propose otherwise).

I bought two of these initially and, although I have only installed one of them, by the time I found out they were not fixable, it is too late to return the uninstalled one.

Needless to say, I urge you not to buy these.
