Don't recommend--beware : PULSE Showerspas 1011-CH Kauai Retro-Fit Rain Shower System with Handshower and Adjustable Slide Bar, Chrome Finish

I just purchased and had a plumber install. I agree with those who say it is not as easy as it says it is to install. I also have low flow problems and plan to go to the hardware store for an add-on diverter as recommend by an earlier reviewer.

Update on September 19, 2011: After paying a plumber $250 to install this and someone else $50 to diagnose how to fix the low flow problem, I find that the flow cannot be improved (even though other reviews propose otherwise).

I bought two of these initially and, although I have only installed one of them, by the time I found out they were not fixable, it is too late to return the uninstalled one.

Needless to say, I urge you not to buy these.

We bought this to replace the particular showerhead in an all tile shower stall. Not having to drill into the tile is a major plus! Sturdy, good looking and of good quality. Have used for about six months now and we are extremely pleased with the item. Love the three way water use and the adjustablilty. The ability to use both showerheads at the same time or just one at a time plus having the second as a handheld showerhead is a real pleasure. propose Highly!!!
